Weekend Plus Copper River

Once again, it looks like our local Whole Foods stores aren't planning any particular sales for the weekend, at least that they've posted yet (although their weeklong steak sale is enough to lure anyone in anyway, see Wednesay's post for that). As for the current state of fresh Copper River salmon fillets, yesterday at the Sprouts on Arapahoe I saw them for $15.99 a pound. At Whole Foods yesterday, they'd dropped a whopping $1 to $28.99 a pound, although they were indeed beautiful, basically ready for their photo shoot. And as mentioned Wednesday, King Soopers is advertising them this week for $14.99 a pound, club price.
