Alfalfa's To Open On Earth Day

We've been waiting for this for months, and now it's official: the reincarnation of beloved Alfalfa's market will open two weeks from today, fittingly on Earth Day. You can read today's Daily Camera article about the opening or visit the new Alfalfa's website for more. The original Alfalfa's got me hooked on natural and organic foods to begin with, so I'm really looking forward to seeing its reinvention. There is however a little dread in terms of adding one more store to my shopping territory. Variety and competition are great, but a body can only shop so much.
