Kale And Apple Salad

This is almost spooky. About a week ago, I finally had a chance to enjoy the famed kale and apple salad at Oak at Fourteenth. Now in this week's blog post from my CSA's Red Wagon Organic Farm, they include not only a link to Oak's recipe, plus their own spin on it, which gives me a way to use more of the wonderful turnips I picked up from them a few days ago. Looks like yet another kale and apple salad is in my future, although it could never approach the one I had at Oak.
