Last Day For Chicken Wings

With today being the final game of so-called March Madness, even though it ends in April, it's your last shot at getting a big bucket of yummy chicken wings at Whole Foods for $9.99 each, $5 off. But we did much better during the wing bucket sale that always occurs for the Super Bowl - this year they priced it by the pound, which was probably someone's big mistake, resulting in buckets that were on sale for closer to $6. No matter, they are still addictive and a good deal at $9.99.

Whole Foods' Weekend Sales (Chicken Wings!)

Football season must be upon us, as Whole Foods is offering their famous chicken wing buckets at $12.99 each (didn't the sale price used to be $10.99?) from today through Sunday, a four-day sale. Also, in a three-day sale tomorrow through Sunday, select Mychelle facial regimen items will be 30% off.

Weekend Sales At Whole Foods (Including Wing Buckets!)

Our local Whole Foods stores have so many sales going on this weekend, I'm going to just throw up my hands and give you the link to them here. Just be sure to note the sale dates at the top of each item, as some are three days starting tomorrow, and others extend to four. The items most exciting to me are the Icelandic cod for $11.99 a pound, $4 off, Robusto cheese $13.99 a pound, $5 off, and YES, just in time for the end of March Madness (it's April after all), chicken wing buckets will be on sale for $9.99 each ($5 off) in a four-day sale from tomorrow through the 6th. I caved for the Super Bowl that I didn't even watch except for the commercials, so I guess I'll become an instant basketball fan this week as well.

Last Day For Chicken Wing Buckets

Happy February already. Some people might be focused on a particular football game today, but for me, it's about today being the last day of Whole Foods' sale on chicken wing buckets for $7.99 each, $7 off. They have several varieties, but none is better to me than the classic Buffalo ones. If you're in a mood for making your own instead, Food and Wine magazine has a chicken wing recipe slideshow.

Super Bowl Guide Reminder

If you are still angsting about what to serve for the Super Bowl tomorrow, here's a reminder about the post I did with some guides to help you out. Or better yet, just chill out and get a bucket or two of chicken wings, nearly half off this weekend at Whole Foods.

Chicken Wing Bucket Sale!

Whole Foods is doing a slew of specials for this Super Bowl weekend, but the one I've been waiting for is their chicken wing bucket sale, nearly half off at $7.99 each for tomorrow through Sunday. The only reasons I look forward to the Super Bowl are for the commercials and my once a year indulgence in Whole Foods' incredible chicken wings.

Also on sale tomorrow through Sunday, you'll find three types of Olli salami at $7.99 each, cooked shrimp $14.99 a pound, baby boules $1.50 each, and 365 chia seeds $4 off at $9.99 each. And in a one week sale that started yesterday and runs through February 3rd, Hass avocados are $1.25 each. They'd have to be very large avocados to beat Sprouts' sale this week, with Hass avocados 49 cents there.
