One Week Sale At Whole Foods

From today through December 8th, peeled and deveined raw shrimp are $9.99 a pound. The online listing doesn't specify size or fresh/frozen, so it's hard to compare with Sprouts' shrimp sale this week at $6.99 a pound (look one post below for that one).

Steak Sale At Whole Foods

Whole Foods is doing a one-week sale on New York strip steaks, starting today and running through the 17th for just $12.99 a pound (although the online notice doesn't mention bone-in/boneless). Heck, at that price, I might just throw them on the grill pan tonight, in case today's snow discourages the family griller. There are also several new produce sales just for the week, including green beans $1.48 a pound (I'd assume those are conventional, doesn't say).

Sea Scallops At Whole Foods

Whole Foods is doing a one week sale on North Atlantic 10/20 count sea scallops, at $14.99 a pound. They're Marine Stewardship Council certified, and have been frozen within hours of harvest. The sale starts today and runs through July 7th.
