Brie Sale At Whole Foods

Our local Whole Foods stores are doing a midweek three-day sale on Isigny holiday brie for $4.99 each (doesn't specify the size). The sale actually started yesterday and ends tomorrow.

Three Day Sale At Whole Foods

This sale supposedly runs from the 21st through the 23rd, yesterday through tomorrow, but it's a bit odd that Whole Foods only emailed about it yesterday evening (plus a Tuesday through Thursday sale is unusual, but whatever). In any case, Alba lotions and body washes (24 to 32 ounces) are a whopping 50% off. Their maximum dry skin formula is the only lotion to get me through our usually bone-dry weather, and they also have a usually very pricey one with built in sunscreen.

More Whole Foods Three Day Sales

To further complicate things about all the previously reported sales (look just below) lasting one day, three days, or four days, our local Whole Food stores are also doing a trio of sales for tomorrow through through the 15th. Theo's heart-shaped peanut butter cups will be four for $5, Forager Project juice will be 50% off, no price specified, and in a lovely tip to Valentine's Day, all lip care and color will be 25% off. As they say, say it with a kiss.

Three Day Sale At Whole Foods

In addition to the previously mentioned rose sale starting today at Whole Foods, they're also doing a three day sale on lobster tails for $7.99 each, $4 off, for today through Valentine's Day. Posting doesn't specify size, but Whole Foods' lobster tails are always yummy and from New England or Canada.

Reminder Re Rose Sale

A reminder that tomorrow through Valentine's Day, Whole Trade roses will be two dozen for $20 at Whole Foods, $10 off.

Three-Day Sale At Alfalfa's

Alfalfa's in both Boulder and Lousiville is doing another three-day sale, today through Thursday, the 28th. They are advertising six items, three of which look particularly good to me: organic Palisade peaches $1.99 a pound, imported Parmesan Reggiano $11.99 a pound ($8 off and it keeps for quite a bit), and local organic corn from Full Circle Farms at three ears for $2. They also have specials on housemade seasoned chicken drumsticks more than half off, kid's grilled cheese and fries, and housemade muffin 4-packs, none of which are on my radar.

Three Day Sale At Alfalfa's

Just saw this about a three day sale happening today through Thursday at both Alfalfa's stores (guess we're done with the grand opening sales for the Louisville store). That olive bar price is pretty impressive. Whoops, sorry it cuts off on the right. There are organic grape tomatoes $2 a pint, a dozen red roses $9.99 and a Goddess Garden sunscreen nearly half off deals over there.

News Re Whole Foods Salmon

Since there weren't any details on the web about Whole Foods' weekend sale on king salmon for $14.99 a pound (the post below this), I asked the fish dude about it while at the Pearl Street store today, since that seemed an exceptionally low price for fresh king. Yes indeed, the weekend king salmon sale starting tomorrow will be previously frozen, and he thought it might also be farmed. By the way, fresh Copper River has now dropped to $19.99 a pound at Whole Foods, at least at the Pearl Street store. Sprouts still doing better with $14.99 a pound. Much as I love Whole Foods' fish, think I'll take fresh Copper River over any previously frozen fish, farmed or not.
