Halibut

Sprouts has a stunning deal on fresh wild halibut this week at $9.99 a pound. I think of halibut fillets as pretty thick pieces of fish, but when I happened to be in Sprouts today, they were very thin cuts. Don't know if they'll be like that for the remainder of the sale through the 13th, but if you like your fillets thin, today's the day for you.
