Local Corn Is Here! Munson's Is Open!

Let our local corn season finally begin, delayed as it was by cool spring temperatures (hard to imagine that now). Munson Farms has their wonderful "peaches and cream" sweet corn at today's Farmer's Market in Boulder, and today is opening day for their farm stand at 75th and Valmont (right across the street from the Cure Organic Farm store - what a combo). The corn is definitely young (read: small), but undoubtedly super tender. It's also selling at three ears for $2, which strikes me as an increase from last year, but what else is new. Yahoo, yahoo, fresh, local corn!
