Glorious Swordfish At Whole Foods

Today's one-day sale at our local Whole Foods stores (mentioned yesterday in a post below) is swordfish for $13.99 a pound, and it's a stunner. The sustainably-sourced swordfish is fresh, from the East Coast, delivered today, and absolutely beautiful. I bought a little extra to have grilled swordfish leftovers for lunch, yum. Now I just have to convince the family griller-in-chief to depart from our previous plans and get these beauties on the grill.
