Beautiful Morning At Boulder Farmers' Market

It's a glorious day to get out and enjoy food, entertainment, and the freshest organic veggies around at today's Boulder Farmers' Market, in the second week of the new season. There are several spring greens to choose from, like spinach, arugula, baby leeks, and green garlic. At Red Wagon Organic Farm, I bought my first sorrel of the season, yeay! In addition to their gorgeous veggies, Cure Organic Farm is also offering their own locally raised pork. The food court is also in full swing, and has been joined this year by West End Tavern, with a tempting menu of sandwiches, ribs, salad, and a bbq breakfast slider, no less. You have until 2 today to get out and enjoy the fun.
