National Fried Chicken Day

So yesterday was National Apple Turnover Day per the French Culinary Institute, and thanks to Saveur magazine, I see that today is National Fried Chicken Day. Not making it onto my plate. I'm sticking with my plan of fusilli with corn, zucchini, pesto, and snap peas.
