A Seafood Service Compliment

Good service noted at the Superior Whole Foods store by my salmon-aficionado friend, Ms. A., who purchased a whole Copper River salmon there and had it deboned and filleted, all for $12.99 a pound. Now she has fillets ready to cook or freeze, plus the makings for a fantastic fish stock from the rest of it.
