Farmers' Market To Ban Dogs
Starting June 2nd, your faithful companion won't be welcome at the Boulder Farmers' Market. While this will mostly affect dogs, I guess you also can't bring your pet hissing cockroach along for your shopping. It might be heresy, but I think this change will make navigating the crush of people a little more pleasant, although there will still be the gigantic strollers to contend with. You can read the Daily Camera's story here.

I'd rather see them ban bicycles.... I know you can't ride through the market on a bike (it is too crowded), but you can more easily walk around a dog than a person's bike leaned up against a produce display!
ReplyDeleteI for one would sure like to see more legit parking available for bikes. Biking's frequently my mode for getting there, and it can be sooo hard to find a real space to lock up.
