Farmers' Market To Ban Dogs

Starting June 2nd, your faithful companion won't be welcome at the Boulder Farmers' Market.  While this will mostly affect dogs, I guess you also can't bring your pet hissing cockroach along for your shopping.  It might be heresy, but I think this change will make navigating the crush of people a little more pleasant, although there will still be the gigantic strollers to contend with.  You can read the Daily Camera's story here.

  1. I'd rather see them ban bicycles.... I know you can't ride through the market on a bike (it is too crowded), but you can more easily walk around a dog than a person's bike leaned up against a produce display!

    1. I for one would sure like to see more legit parking available for bikes. Biking's frequently my mode for getting there, and it can be sooo hard to find a real space to lock up.
