Hydration And Performance

Sprouts will host another hydration webinar next week, this one focusing on hydration and athletic performance (surely a topic near and dear to the heart of this town). Here are the details from Sprouts:

A new Sprouts webinar has been scheduled next Tuesday, April 17, from 6pm to 7pm PDT. Join Sprouts Nutritionist Janet Little and Dr. Jaroslav Boublik to learn how hydration plays a key role in athletic training, performance and recovery. You do not have to have attended the first two webinars to enjoy this session; the content of this webinar stands alone.
