Fresh From The Fields This Week

I'm so glad Red Wagon Organic Farm offers a biweekly CSA pickup, since depending on your household size, weekly could be overwhelming with the bounty of summer. We're still grappling with everything from the pickup a few days ago so won't be dealing with this week, but here's what they say will be on deck now, always a good indicator of what's to be found at the Boulder Farmers' Market as well (looks like a mandate for ratatouille):
