It doesn't get better than this for me, the confluence of a fine farmers' market and a gloriously restored historic train station. Following a pilot trial for a bit last summer, it has been announced that the Boulder County Farmers' Market will manage a new growers-only (and that's important) farmers' market next to Denver's beautiful Union Station this summer. While there, you can get another taste of Boulder at The Kitchen Next Door's outpost in the station. Here's a bit of what the Farmers' Market says:
Boulder County Farmers Markets will partner with Denver Union Station to open the city's first growers-only farmers market in 2016. The market will be held every Saturday starting June 4th on the north side of Wynkoop Plaza at 17th and Wynkoop streets in downtown Denver.
