Last Call For Chef's Catalog

Sniff. I've previously mentioned that Chef's Catalog is going out of business after 36 fine years, and is offering deep discounts in the process. This Monday the 18th at 3 pm our time (they are based in Colorado Springs) will be your last chance to place an order. While I'm sure many/most things are gone at this point, I'd look to Chef's proprietary brand for the best options. I'm thoroughly pleased with the Chef's bistro flatware I ordered when this news was sadly announced. I got a beautiful service of stainless flatware for 12, plus service pieces like ladles and spreaders, for the ridiculously low price of about $70, including tax and free shipping. Goodbye, Chef's! We'll miss you!
