Friends have asked that I share some tips from my weekly menu planning, and I hope these notes might help a few others in the Boulder area save some time trying to figure out what to have for dinner, largely based on what's on sale at Boulder's natural food stores. Both Sprouts and Whole Foods are offering programs to get your healthy resolutions for 2016 on track. At Whole Foods, it's the Engine 2 28 Day Challenge, while Sprouts is doing a 21 day Healthy Habits challenge. Three weeks, four weeks, or all year?
