Cured's Annual Vacation

Fans of Cured on Pearl Street will need to go elsewhere for their charcuterie fix this week, as Will and Coral are taking their usual well deserved rest in the first week of the year. (After two wild weeks of holiday indulgence, wouldn't a cleanse be more appropriate this week than charcuterie and cheese?) They report the original store on Pearl will reopen on Friday, the 8th, while its new West End offshoot will reopen on Saturday, the 9th.
