A beautiful day for the Farmer's Market, maybe topping 80 degrees today. So time to grab more of that late spring produce that is so precious, before we look at an onslaught of zucchini (not that I don't like that too). Here's what the Market says to expect:
Fresh at the Market this Week:
radishes, rhubarb, spinach, tulips, pea shoots, asparagus, mint, scallions, arugula, carrots, spicy greens, kale, Swiss chard, green garlic, mustard greens, spring onions, lettuce, micro-greens, hanging baskets & gardens starts
P.S. If you're out at the Longmont market, they're doing a special radish festival with all sorts of fun things going on.
