Red Wagon CSA Starts This Week!

I'm so psyched that this week is my first pickup of the season from my Red Wagon Organic Farm CSA. Here's their plan, always a good indicator of what to expect at the Boulder Farmers' Market too. Pea shoots still! As for the choice between braising mix, arugula or lettuce, wish I could take them all. The word from Red Wagon:
