Copper River Salmon Has Arrived

So let the insanity begin with the start of the fresh wild salmon season. Whole Foods has Copper River fillets for $29.99 a pound, seen yesterday at the store in Superior since access there seemed far better than trying to get to Pearl Street during the Bolder Boulder. I'll wait a few days until the price almost surely drops, then the other river sources come in and it's heaven for us fresh wild salmon fans.
