Spring Abundance At Boulder Farmers' Market
I just love this time of year, when we get to enjoy so many fresh veggies after a winter of butternut squash, although I love that too. A trip through through the Farmers' Market this morning was so fun, despite the crowds. Assorted spring greens everywhere, plus snap peas, pea shoots, and the ever-fun garlic scapes! Bob Munson told me they'll be opening the farmstand at 75th and Valmont in three to four weeks, whenever the corn starts coming in (can't wait!). You still have until 2 this afternoon to get to the Market, and the abundance of organic produce is stunning.
