Or at least a skeletal idea of them (no time these days!). Fish will go out on the grill both tonight and tomorrow, and we're not sure which fish will be which. One will be the fresh albacore tuna (on sale at Whole Foods through Tuesday for $14.99 a pound), which might be a reprise of our recent Asian-flavored seared tuna with green beans from Bon Appetit that was a huge success, or we might just wing it. The other night will involve fresh Copper River sockeye on the grill ($16.99 a pound at Sprouts, $14.99 a pound with card at King Soopers, and I was in too much of a hurry to look to see if Whole Foods had dropped from $22.99 a pound when I was there a couple of days ago). Sides to be determined: wild rice blends on the stove or sweet potato spears or foil packages on the grill always good.
For Sunday, we'll experiment with the Country Natural Beef shoulder ranch steak that Whole Foods has for $4.99 through Tuesday, chopping it up for chipotle beef stew from Gourmet magazine. A side salad, maybe some warm corn tortillas, and that's it.
