Astonishing Deal At Longmont Lucky's

Although it's seemingly long past grand opening mode, the new Lucky's Market in Longmont continues to offer some amazing deals, plus sales generally lower than those at its Boulder store.  Case in point is boneless skinless chicken breasts for $1.58 a pound in Longmont through tomorrow (better late than never), while the sale price on them at the north Boulder store is $5.99 a pound.  Considering that Lucky's promises that they "only serve natural meats - antibiotic free, humanely processed, no preservatives," a price of $1.58 a pound is truly astonishing.  Since I find these freeze well, unlike something like a fine New York strip steak which never tastes as good after it's been frozen, I'll definitely stock up if I find myself in the area.  If so, I'll also grab a one pound bag of organic baby carrots for just 88 cents (98 cents at Lucky's Boulder store), and conventional pineapples are certainly notable at 48 cents each at both stores, but again, these prices are only good through tomorrow.
