Yahoo! Today is opening day for the Boulder Farmers' Market, 8 to 2 in downtown Boulder. (The Longmont market also opens today.) Despite the early date on the calendar there should be plenty to choose from, thanks to over-wintered veggies and greenhouses, now seemingly called hoophouses. Here's a bit from what the Market says:
