So in the space of maybe 30 seconds, I see intriguing new products being introduced by two companies I've always liked, and both products are rather on the edge. Horizon Organic is announcing kale flavored milk, while R.W. Knudsen is introducing Root Veggie Blend, about which they say: "Get down and dirty with our newest flavor of juice – Root Veggie Blend. An earthy blend of potatoes, parsnips, turnips, and rutabagas."
Okay, so the kale milk is surely an April Fool's joke (although it's possible it could fly in Boulder), but I'm not so sure about the Root Veggie Blend...
