Trader Joe's Delayed?

Today's Daily Camera is reporting that the Applebee's at 29th Street, which is supposed to be razed to make way for Trader Joe's, intends to ride out its lease to its end, interfering with the mall's timeline for bringing in Trader Joe's. It sounds like somebody forgot to tell the Applebee's folks that they were being booted out, so this could get interesting. You can read the Camera's coverage here.
