With reservations required, I'd suggest planning ahead if you'd like to attend the free Local Spa Night at the Superior Whole Foods next Wednesday, a week from tomorrow. A "night of pampering and relaxation" involving facials, snacks, music, and more sounds pretty tempting, and all for free. Here's what they say:
