Grocery Newsletters

Our local natural foods grocery stores offer email newsletters that are worth signing up for, if you like that sort of thing.  They won't flood your inbox, and sometimes offer coupons with them (Sprouts is especially good for this).  For instance, in the December newsletters already out, Sprouts has coupons for free water and a free bag of cookies, while Alfalfa's has one for 15% off your entire shopping trip.  You can find the signups for the newsletters on the stores' websites.
