For a one-day sale tomorrow, Whole Foods is reprising that incredible deal they did a few weeks ago on New York strip steaks for just $9.99 a pound (these steaks are excellent). With a beef standing rib roast on the horizon for Tuesday, I'm angsting, since that's too much beef in a low-red meat eating family. I generally don't freeze steaks since I think their quality suffers in doing that, but this one has me thinking about it. Here are the details from Whole Foods:
