Time To Start Thinking About Your CSA

Given that today might top 60 degrees, this doesn't have quite the impact it would if it were 9 degrees and snowing, but I just got an email from beloved Red Wagon Organic Farm that they are now taking subscriptions for this year's CSA, a reminder that spring will come sooner than we realize. You can check out their options here, and of the several CSA options we have in the area, I particularly liked Red Wagon because of its biweekly pickup option, plus the convenience of the day, time, and location choice that's close to me. Hope I'll have some time in the future to cover some of the other local CSA options. Last year's inaugural experience for us was a learning experience, very fun, and delicious and healthy on top of that.
