Boulder Farmers' Market Today

Good beautiful Boulder morning with the sun shining brightly! Enjoy the spring produce and thank a farmer for slogging through the mud, or even planting at all, by supporting them at the Boulder Farmers' Market today. Here's what you can expect to find, and I love the appearance of those curly garlic scapes, got some in my CSA this week, plus they are awesomely delicious. From the Market:

In Season This Week

plant starts, peonies, cherries, kale, green garlic, radishes, strawberries, turnips, Swiss chard, garlic scapes, arugula, spring onions, mizuna, spinach, lettuce, green shallots, bok choy, spicy greens, greenhouse tomatoes, greenhouse cucumbers, cilantro, thyme, fennel, chives, and mint. All season long, you will find honey, bread, baked goods, eggs, beef, lamb, goat, pork, chicken, locally-made cheeses, preserves, and mushrooms.
