Copper River Salmon Is Here

So this year's fresh, wild salmon season has begun.  I saw Copper River sockeye at the Pearl Street Whole Foods today for $24.99 a pound.  Pricey enough, but the fish monger told me they were expecting it to arrive at $10 more, so we're lucky.  Prices will certainly drop though, as the fresh wild season progresses.
