Cure Organic Store Opens Tomorrow

Yippee!!!  The store for my very favorite Cure Organic Farm opens for the season tomorrow at 11 am.  They're tucked away on the southwest corner of 75th and Valmont, which is a pleasant bike ride from Boulder.  The Cure store alone is more than enough reason to go, but once Munson Farm's stand opens across the street with the start of the corn season in July, the place becomes a virtual foodie farm mecca.  Cure will be open from 11 to 6 Wednesdays through Fridays, and 10 to 4 on weekends.  In addition to their own wonderful organic veggies, they have their own meats, plus many other interesting things to peruse.  While I do love the Boulder Farmers' Market, the Cure store offers a chance to get the same farm-fresh organic produce in a serene setting, without the crowds.
