Turkey For The Rest Of The Week

I usually line out all my dinner plans on Sundays, but that's getting a little old, and I need a break.  Fortunately, we still have a fridge full of Thanksgiving leftovers, so I'm not going to have to think too much about dinner.  In terms of morphing them into something new, one thing I do know will be on deck is turkey and mushroom risotto from this month's issue of Bon Appetit.  For more inspiration, check out Thanksgiving Leftovers: The Ultimate Guide from Epicurious.
