Cure Store Opening Soon

My favorite farmstand cum store at Cure Organic Farm will be opening soon, but I'm just not sure when.  I stopped by their booth at the Farmers' Market, where they told me it will be opening tomorrow, but their website says opening is on May 18th, which would be this Saturday.  One way or another, we'll soon have a pleasant shopping option for all those wonderfully seasonal organic veggies and the like.  Cure is also really good for organic plant starts and they do their own meats as well.  Once open, their hours will be 11 to 6 Wednesdays through Fridays and 10 to 4 Saturdays and Sundays.  They're convenient to Boulder at 75th and Valmont, and if that weren't good enough, it gets even better in July when Munson Farms opens its farmstand right across the street with their fabulous local corn.
