Munson's Corn Is Coming!

The one good thing about seeing summer progress so quickly is that it gets us closer to our local sweet corn from Munson Farm.  Their website is currently projecting its arrival for July 15th, which is just days away.  When the corn is ready, they'll open their fine farm stand at 75th and Valmont, in addition to having it at the Boulder Farmers' Market.  I'm for sure going to catch some of the Icelandic smoked salmon that Whole Foods has for $5 for a four ounce package through the 16th to inaugurate the corn season with a corn and smoked salmon chowder.
