For tomorrow only, the 24th, our local Whole Foods stores will offer us a duo of special sales. I've never tried it, but paiche is evidently one of the largest freshwater fish in the world, and also the name of a hot new restaurant in Marina del Rey. Here's what Whole Foods says:
