Ode To Greek Yogurts

I've been downing a Cascade Fresh natural yogurt almost every morning for years because they offer great taste at only 110 calories each, when most other natural/organic yogurts seemed to be either higher calorie or rather sour at that caloric range. Enter the very popular Greek yogurts, which I'm now surprised to find offer even richer taste and more protein (therefore being more filling, a dieter's friend), with some still being in that 110 or a bit more calorie range. I'm currently hooked on Brown Cow's Greek yogurt, where the nonfat yummy vanilla clocks in at that identical 110 calories, and some of its nonfat fruit varieties add only 10 calories more (yes, if you get into the salted caramel, you'll be bumping it up considerably more). Problem is that Greek yogurt tends to be much more expensive than my longtime favorite, but keeping an eye on sales always helps. I'm finding the Brown Cow ones for $1 each at the Pearl Street Whole Foods through the 25th, and they are also in the special flyer for the Whole Foods Baseline store at that same price. Yum.
