Boulder Farmer's Market Plus Alfalfa's
Looks like a nice morning to head to the Boulder Farmer's Market downtown from 8 to 2, although beware the construction that I think has Arapahoe closed just east of the Market. Canyon is a good alternative, and the creek's bike path is an even better one. Alfalfa's is just one block west, and they are continuing their new tradition of four-day weekend sales, so it might make a nice little detour. Items there catching my eye are Organic Boulder ice cream $3 for six ounces, organic red plums or white nectarines both $1.99 a pound, and their housemade bbq pulled pork sandwich (organic ingredients) for $5.99 each, $3 off.
