One-Day Sale At Whole Foods Tomorrow

Whole Foods has been introducing us to paiche, a new variety of sustainably farmed fish, for a few months now, and for tomorrow only, it will be $8.99 a pound. You can read all about it, including recipe ideas, in their blog post. I haven't tried it yet, so no comments about the fish. And by the way, the traditional one-day sales on Wednesdays are looking endangered, as this was the second week in a row where none was announced, at least as far as I could see.
