My Red Wagon Organic Farm CSA pickup is always a good indicator of what we'll encounter at the Boulder Farmers' Market as well, and the action seems to be really picking up this week. Not only do we have the introduction of snow peas, but carrots and cauliflower also get into the mix. And I'm glad to see bok choi will be an option again, since we have such reasonably priced fresh wild salmon now, and the Korean spin on bulgogi with salmon with bok choi I did a bit ago was such a success, might just have to do it again.
