So Much To Learn
As I've said before, I just love Saveur magazine, ever enlightening while still being such an entertaining read. Today I learned of nocino, an Italian walnut-infused liqueur made with unripe walnuts that, wouldn't you know, are traditionally gathered today, the 24th being the Feast of San Giovanni. So happy Feast of San Giovanni, and maybe I should go seek out some nocino to try.
