Boulder Farmers' Market Today

Thank a farmer for hauling quality, fresh, clean (!) produce out of the mud by supporting them at the Boulder Farmers' Market today. Here's what the Market says to expect, plus they'll be holding a radish festival at the Market out in Longmont. From the Market:

In Season This Week

radishes, turnips, kale, rainbow chard, arugula, green garlic, spring onions, mizuna, spinach, lettuce, spicy greens, pea shoots, allium stems, greenhouse tomatoes, greenhouse cucumbers, herbs, and the first strawberries of the season.
All season long, you will find honey, bread, baked goods, eggs, beef, lamb, goat, pork, chicken, locally-made cheeses, preserves, and mushrooms.

It's not too late to plant! Don't let the recent rain halt plans on your home garden; now is the perfect time to plant, with cool nights and mild days ahead. Pick up your garden starts at the farmers market -  countless varieties of flowers, tomatoes, strawberries, herbs, summer squash, onions, peppers, and greens - and start planning out your plot! Farmers at the market are great resources for gardening tips and tricks.
