Regarding the peppers, I'd presume they are conventional, since nothing is specified, so bear in mind that 10 for $10 obviously means they are $1 apiece. Compare that to Sprouts' price at least through tomorrow of 50 cents each for green bell peppers, and 33.3 cents (3 for $1) on the reds.
