Cheese Sampling At Sunflower

The calendar of our Boulder Sunflower says they'll be offering us a "cheese lovers' sampling" tomorrow, the 5th, from 3 to 5 pm. (Okay, so I added the apostrophe. Do I have to add a disclaimer if I add something within quotes? Without that apostrophe, isn't it a sampling of cheese lovers, i.e., cannibalism?)
