Munson's Still Has Corn!

With the fantastic weather we've been having this fall, Munson's still has fresh corn at their stand at 75th and Valmont! I asked how long they thought it would still be around, and was told "anywhere between now and Halloween." In celebration, I'm going to add kernels from two or three ears to tomorrow night's smoky shrimp and halibut stew, kind of hybridizing it with corn and cod chowder from Food and Wine magazine. Yum.
