Meat Curing Class At Alfalfa's

This is a tad too ambitious for me, but Alfalfa's will host a Holiday Meat Cure-All with Paul, their meat manager, tomorrow the 6th, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. "Learn how to cure bacon and ham to be ready in time for the holidays. Discover how easy it is to make your own pate and breakfast sausage." Cost is $15 per person or $25 per couple (sign up at guest services), and you'll also get to take home "a pound of your own custom seasoned sausage!"
