One-Day Sale at Whole Foods Tomorrow

For tomorrow only, the 14th, our local Whole Foods stores will have pretty big 26/30 count wild caught Atlantic white shrimp from the good ol' USA for $7.99 a pound. These are shrimp with a distinguished pedigree. Here's part of what Whole Foods says: "Caught by US shrimpers at the peak of the season and frozen within hours of catch, we don’t allow sulfites and phosphate preservatives so that you can enjoy the naturally sweet taste of the shrimp." I'd pop some in the freezer as well. (And c'mon Whole Foods, give us more special sales! Weekend sales used to be the norm, but we haven't seen one in eons. Thanks for this rare Friday sale!)
